Short Description: Transit Analyst
Description: This study calculates travel times from each Census block in the MSA to every block accessible within one hour of the MSA region, as well as travel times to each of the points in the point set data (healthcare clinics, Head Start locations, etc.). These travel times were calculated six times at six minute offsets within the half hour window between 5:30 and 6:00 pm on Wednesday, January 20th, 2016. The study averages together the travel times for each of the six runs to calculate the transit accessibility indices.
