Description: The use of passive data for public transport has increased in the recent years, presenting an excellent opportunity for academic research and also for the development of applied methods.

This workshop continues a series that began in Gifu, Japan (2014), Boston, United States (2016), Santiago, Chile (2017) and Brisbane, Australia (2018) http://www.caspt.org/.

The next TRANSITDATA will be held in Toronto during summer 2020.

The focus of these meetings has been to build an international network of researchers working on these topics, and also to bring together researchers and practitioners to discuss recent methodological developments and innovative applications. We hope the TRANSITDATA2019 edition in Paris will contribute to extend the network to the european community.

We invite researchers and practitioners to participate in the TRANSITDATA2019 edition : 5th International Workshop and Symposium, Research and applications on the use of massive passive data for public transport. The TRANSITDATA2019 edition will be held on 8-9-10 July 2019 in Paris, France.
