2. Recycling Vehicles in Africa:

FABLAB to share knowledge and develop recycling approach DIY : payment per month/year to use tools and training sessions, and use old parts of different vehicles
Car Manufacturers send old Maintenance machines (Toyota for example) and Toyota learn from theses FABLAB new skills and knowledges
Training to some people that will explain to others
Different channels : social networks, workshop organised by Toyota and NGO
Costumers : adult and education for schools/students
Same systems to imagine with bicycles

3. Develop Soft mobility:

Stickers soft mobility (bluetooth ?): bike, scooter, skate that create data - connected to an App
One account possible for different stickers
advantages coming from the city: museum, theatre, swimming pool,

Value proposition: improve soft mobility, create data of soft mobility,

4. Carts for bike service
