Description : The problem: Poor quality of service in the transport sector in Marrakech and Casablanca, it offers an alternative for both individuals and companies.

The solution : Founded in 2010 By Samir Bennani, Ma-Navette is an on-demand transport service with trained drivers that operates through an application, a web platform or phone number in two market segments : staff transportation and minicabs for individuals. Ma-Navette has its own internal integrated software with embedded technology, Addison Lee, London's market leader in passenger cars. Route information is provided as the order is made by the user. Each vehicle offers Wifi access and a tablet. Through partnerships with companies like Total, Royal Air Maroc, Roche and Swissport Ma-Navette offers a custom-made monthly service to companies through conventions.

State of Development : The company had acquired its own vehicle fleet composed of 90 vehicles (berline eco, luxury berline and vans) and employs over 100 people in 8 Moroccan cities. In 5 years, Ma-Navette has become a reliable partner for both large national corporations (Lafarge, OCP, Phone Group...) and international exclusive clients including Ryanair for whom the company transports more than a hundred passengers a day. Thanks to this partnership, Ma-Navette now represents 25% of the airport transfer market in Marrakech,

Funds raised : $600,000 raised from Maroc Numeric Fund, an institutional  corporate investment fund, entered Ma-Navette's capital in 2015.

Ambitions: Ma-Navette wants to expand in the Middle east, Egypt and Tunisia.

Achievements : Selected for the MIT G-Lab (Global Entrepreneurship Lab) in 2016 among 50 international companies for 4 months of expertise and support on the solution. In 2017, Ma-Navette was selected as one of the 100 most promising start-ups in the Arab world by the World Economic Forum (WEF) in the MENA region.

In the context of Urban Transport in Africa : Ma-Navette stands out from its competitors by offering an enriched customer experience, this has been made possible by the use of the internal software Addison Lee, the most efficient technology on the market. It is a flexible, fast and secure solution that already convinced big companies and individuals.

Appreciation : Ma-Navette seems to be the only SME’s offering an international technology to the transportation of local populations of Morocco. A service that is both complete and successful with unique options available like wifi, and phone charging, is really promising and tends to grow and expand rapidly.
